A New Club Penguin BUG is back! Not only is it on an ever ending load, but Club Penguin's color System Factory has stopped working. "The Color Factory where we get our colors has suddenly halted! We don't know what the problem is." A local Color maker said. The Factory isn't making any new colors for Penguins. Now the Penguins will have to stay black forever! What is the cause of this???
